✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

• You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used skincare and cosmetic items

• Items purchased on sale or promotional offers

• Return requests made after 3 days of delivery

🔁 How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at pukhrajcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.

3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 5–7 working days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (damaged or incorrect product).
